![]() As it turns out, the N10 uses the RTL8188SU chipset, which is similar enough to the RTL8188CE chipset that the driver that ASUS offers is compatible with the PCI-e based solution, despite the fact that the PCEe adapter is made by Rosewill, and while ASUS says the driver works up to OS X 10.9, it does in fact work on 10.11 El Capitan. UPDATE/FIX: ASUS offers drivers for their USB-N10 adapter, which I have. ![]() The Realtek card is a Rosewill RNX-N250PCe with the Realtek RTL8188CE chipset. The ASUS wireless card has the BCM4352 chipset in it, and the AirPort thread has no dice for this particular chipset/manufacturer. It works, but help with this would be nice. REREEDIT: I have an old ASUS USB-N10 wireless adapter that luckily has support for Mac via a driver from ASUS, but it's hella slow. I've attached a screenshot of my PCI-E network devices. I have purchased the ASUS PCE-AC68 and it clearly says it picks up dual band wifi the 2.4 and the 5 GHz connection, but after i installed it it only picks up the 2.4 GHz connection, whereas my other devices they all can pick up the GHz connection, so clearly its not a router issue after i did some research someone suggested. ![]() ![]() I have a PCE-AC56 wireless card which is a PCI-E based solution.
